Washington, DC Camera Captures Shooter's Image At Scene

After several months of operation, a high crime neighborhood CrimeEye^® surveillance camera captures the image of a shooter arriving and leaving the scene of the crime. Cameras inside the crime scene correlate the coming and going with the actual shooting. Detective Greg Summers describes how the cameras work to protect DC neighborhoods.
